The Issaquah Valley Rock Club is a group of people who love ROCKS!
Our club seeks to bring together people of all ages who are interested in the
study of earth science and collection and display of minerals, semi-precious
gem stones and rocks. We have members from Bothell to Maple Valley to North Bend.
We have, and welcome, members of all ages.
We have two Juniors programs that are great for the kids; Rock Hounds for 10 and older and
Pebble Pubs for the younger children. At each General meeting there is a speaker or hands-on
activity. We get together each month for a meeting to learn about rocks, to plan workshops,
and field trips. Please stop by
one of our meetings and see
for yourself!
We meet at the Issaquah Senior Center on the West side of Veterans Memorial Field,
directly behind the Police Station on Sunset Street in Issaquah, usually on the last
Friday of each month (no meetings in summer). The Juniors meet at 6:30 PM and the
General meeting follows around 7 PM. For more details on our next meeting, please
