Becoming a Member

Yearly dues are $10 per person or $15 per family ($8 for seniors). To become an IVRC member, you first fill out an application at a meeting and submit the appropriate yearly dues. The membership chair takes your application to the next board meeting for approval. Upon acceptance, you are sent a welcome card and will receive the most previous and the current newsletter.

Membership Responsibilities

As an IVRC member, you must volunteer at least once each year. Volunteer opportunities include, but are not limited to:

• Bringing snacks, beverages, or door prizes to meetings

• Volunteering at an event like EastKingCo or Salmon Days

• Running a junior program

• Volunteering at an outreach

• Being a chair person or board member

By volunteering, the planning, field trips, outreach, snacks, setting up, and taking down happen—your generous donation of time and energy make for a great year. Volunteers rock!
