Outreach

Outreach includes:

• running programs at Cub Scout meetings

• talking to students in elementary classrooms

• conducting booths at local school science fairs

The purpose is, of course, to educate folks about our hobby with activities and displays involving rocks and minerals. Popular activities can include garnet hunts and rock ID (all materials included for volunteers).
